Is there funding for small African Aquaculture programs?

On the aquaculture groups on facebooks, I noticed that were several African Aquaculture projects that were looking for funding.  First Wave Group had sponsored several larger programs and reading through their website that seemed to be niche.  Kickstarter has not started crowdfunding yet in Africa. According to the Moguldom report from 2015 , here is their 10 crowdfunding sources in Africa.
